TJ Valentine’s Day HAUL

Happy February! The season of loveee. AH.

I feel like people always hear “February” and then think “Valentine’s Day…” and then, for those of us single ladies, we think, “shit.” I’m typically this person.

However, this year I’m changing my outlook on the lovely holiday by celebrating my friends, family, and of course, me. And not in a stuck up, conceited way. There’s no better time than now, while we’re young, to celebrate having ourselves and only ourselves to truly worry about. I’m appreciating alone time, self love, and what I do have - an amazing career, my friends, my family, and my health. So I’m celebrating as any single lady should (which you’ll see throughout this month).

For every holiday, I like to start off at Trader Joe’s. I went today and found SO many cute items.

First things first: flowers.

I got mismatched ranunculus bulbs to make my own little bouquet to display in my room. Flowers brighten my every day, so I always say buy yourself flowers. And I promise I said it before Miley Cyrus did.

Cute gift alert!!!

TJ’s has a bunch of cute gifts right now, but this one I’ve heard amazing things about. I didn’t end up buying this but FYI…

Pasta but different.

They even have heart-shaped ravioli. I’m prepping mine with fresh parmesan cheese from TJ’s and a light homemade alfredo sauce. Stay tuned - recipe OTW…

A sweet treat!

Dark chocolate covered cherries > blueberries.

More dessert…

If you can’t tell, I really like dark chocolate. I get these cookies every year and heat them up at night with a glass of vanilla almond milk. Mwah!

C’mon they’re so cute.

Okay, one more sweet treat

These are by far my favorite dessert I bought. I normally get my macarons from Whole Foods because I think they taste fresher, but these surprised me by how fresh they tasted too. Definitely try if you’re craving a fruity sweet treat!

Viral TikTok wine

I recently got hooked on red wine and my social media clearly caught wind of this and started showing me trending wines - this one was all over my For You page on TikTok last week so I figured I’d give it a shot. Wow, DELICIOUS. It tastes of wonderful morello cherry aromas, combined with slightly toasted notes and spicy hints from the Garrigue. It’s only $7.99 AND I feel like an elegant woman while sipping it.

Sprinkles to decorate with <3

Last but not least, sprinkles. I couldn’t resist. I’m planning on using them to make a sprinkle rim on espresso martinis next week on my trip après ski.

Another recipe for that is OTW :)
