Mediterranean Bowls

This year I’ve been trying my very best to eat healthier, and I’ve found one of the easiest ways of doing this is by sticking to a mediterranean-based diet. All of the ingredients I use are organic and fresh, giving the entire bowl a light and healthful taste.

For the salad…

Ingredients:

  • English cucumber, cubed

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Red olives, halved

  • Feta cheese crumbles

  • Garbonzo beans

  • Brown rice

  • Green pepper

  • Red onion

  • Chopped romaine lettuce

  • A scoop of original hummus

  • A scoop of tzatziki

  • Lemon herb seasoned chicken

  • A pita on the side! :)

For the dressing…

Ingredients:

  • A tablespoon of olive oil

  • teaspoon a oregano

  • A pinch of pepper

  • A pinch of salt

  • Half a lemon squeeze

Enjoy! So filling and delicious!
