The Jennifer Aniston Salad

The Jennifer Aniston salad. We’ve all heard about it, right? For me, it’s been ALL over my TikTok for months, but only recently since I began watching Friends did I make it for the first time. However, I gave it a little twist. It is so delicious, filling and leaves me feeling detoxed afterwards!

So, here’s how I made it!

Ingredients Needed:

Bulgur or brown rice (I used Right Rice)

Chickpeas

Cucumber

Lemon

Red onion

Feta cheese

Parsley

Red wine vinegar

Olive oil

Oregano

Recipe

It’s pretty straightforward, but essentially chop your desired amount of cucumber, onion, cheese, and parsley, and add on top of your chosen rice. Add chickpeas on top and dress the mix with a little olive oil, red wine vinegar, a squeeze of a lemon, and some oregano.
