Perfect Birthday Cocktail/Mocktail
Looking for a cute cocktail for your new birthday extravaganza? Check out this cotton candy confetti spritz - it only requires a few ingredients:
Icing
Sprinkles or edible glitter
Plastic or glass flute glasses
Cotton candy
Prosecco
Sugar cookies
Festive picks
What I love about this concoction is you can substitute any of the ingredients with different variations to match your party theme, favorite color, etc.
To start, ice your flute rim with icing of your choice (I chose vanilla because it makes the sprinkles stick out more). Next, dip the rim into a plate of rainbow sprinkles or edible glitter.
Next, pour Prosecco into the flute about 3/4 full. I’ve learned from ~personal experience~ that if you fill it to the brim, adding the cotton candy will cause a huge mess! :D
Take a piece of cotton candy, round it into a half-sphere and add in some sprinkles. Then, round the cotton candy into a ball so that the sprinkles are fully covered inside.
Top the cup with a cookie and poke with a candy ball and a festive pick.
When you’re ready to indulge, remove the cookie and drop the cotton candy ball into the flute!
Mwah! Time to celebrate!
